Description
The Beaverton brand once again partners with the visual artist Tom Sachs to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their NikeCraft collaboration. This time, the New York creative wanted to create the simplest sneaker possible. So simple, in fact, that it aims to allow us to fully experience life and be completely ourselves, because our shoes should not be the most interesting thing about us.

The NikeCraft Tom Sachs General Purpose Shoe Light Cream reveals a beige mesh base, complemented by overlays of off-white suede. A white thermowelded swoosh adorns the panels of the "boring" low-top. Several royal blue details are incorporated through embroidered pull tabs on the tongue and heel. A gum midsole, accompanied by a black Waffle outsole, completes the minimalist design.

Durable and versatile, this new Nike silhouette reminds us that beauty comes from creating a connection with the objects we own: we stain them, tear them, and repair them.
