Authenticity

Are the products sold on Flower Kickz authentic?

All the products sold on Flower Kickz are authentic. Before arriving in your hands, they were controlled by our experts who make sure of their quality and their authenticity.

These products come directly from our network throughout Europe, and sometimes even further.

They have never been worn and are delivered in their original box with all accessories. A seal is attached to the product attesting that the necessary controls have been carried out.

Attention! Once the seal is removed, you cannot return your product.

How do you authenticate products?

Each product sold on Flower Kickz passes between the hands of our experts for a control of quality and authenticity. Thus, each detail is meticulously examined to allow us to determine if a product is indeed authentic, and that it does not present major defect of manufacture.

How can I be sure that my product is authentic?

Once your product has passed our quality and authenticity check, we attach a seal and slip it into its original packaging with an authenticity card inside. This element assure you, upon receipt of your package, that you have in your hands an authentic product.

Are the shoes worn or have wear marks?

All the products sold on Flower Kickz have never been worn (Unless stated as such). Our team ensures during the quality and authenticity control that they are in perfect condition and show no sign of wear or major manufacturing defect.
They are also accompanied by their packaging and additional original accessories (laces or keychain).

Exchanges and Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can ask for the modification or the cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service provided that this order is not an 24H order.

Indeed, if you have made an 24H order, there is a big chance that when you want to modify it, it is already on its way to you. In this case, you will only have to do a classic return procedure.
If it is not an 24H order, take your 4-digit order number that you will find in your order confirmation e-mail, then contact us at the following e-mail address info@flowerkickz.com. We will arrange it.

Can I exchange a product?

Once you have received your product, you have 15 days after receipt of your package to exchange it. Contact us beforehand and we'll provide you with a return packing slip.

In order for your exchange to be accepted, you must meet the following conditions:

1 - Your product must never have been worn.

2 - Your product must be returned with the following elements: original box, accessories and especially the seal still attached. Without this your exchange will be refused.

3 - Your parcel must be protected by a double packaging (the original parcel or a cardboard box provided for this purpose).

4 - You must stick the slip on this package and slip the return form inside it.

Once your return has been examined and validated by our teams, our customer service will send you a credit note equal to the value of the initial order (excluding return shipping costs) that you can use within 12 months of receiving it.

Important: We do not accept exchanges on socks and cleanings kits.

Can I request a refund?

Once you have received your product, you have 15 days after receipt of your package to request a refund. Contact us beforehand and we'll provide you with a return packing slip.

In order for your refund to be accepted, you must meet the following conditions:

1 - Your product must never have been worn.

2 - Your product must be returned with the following elements: original box, accessories and especially the seal still attached. Without this your refund will be refused.

3 - Your parcel must be protected by a double packaging (the original parcel or a cardboard box provided for this purpose).

4 - You must stick the slip on this package and slip the return form inside it.

Once your return has been examined and validated by our teams, our customer service will proceed with your refund. You should typically expect to see the balance in your account within 5 business days after approval.

What should I do if I have received a defective product or one that is different from the one ordered?

If you have received the wrong product or if you believe it has major manufacturing defects, do not remove the seal and contact our customer service directly on : info@flowerkickz.com.

What is the purpose of the attached plastic tag?

Once your product has passed our quality and authenticity check, we attach an authenticity tag. These two elements assure you, upon receipt of your package, that you have in your hands an authentic product. Only detach the seal if you are sure you do not want to return your product: without it, your return will unfortunately be refused.

How to return a product purchased at a Flower Kickz physical store?

Products bought in one of the two Flower Kickz stores in Greece can only be returned in store. You can return your product within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase.

The product must be returned to the store in which it was purchased and the refund will be made on the same payment method as at the time of purchase (credit card or cash).

We will proceed with the refund of your purchase provided that the product has not been worn, that it is returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories. The seal must not have been removed.

Prices and discounts

How do you determine the price of products?

Our price depends on the model, the size and the current value of the pair on the market. We propose products distributed in more or less limited quantities and which are mostly out of stock in the stores and on the websites of distributors and brands.

Each price proposed by Flower Kickz is regularly updated in order to propose you the fairest possible offer.

Our mission: to ensure that these products are always available to you.

Why are some products "Currently unavailable"?

If the product of your dreams is displayed as "Currently unavailable" it is now very difficult (if not impossible) to find it among our network of retailers.

Unfortunately, we cannot determine the price or a precise return date. However, you can always take a look at the rest of the selection.

I'm about to place my first order, can I get a coupon code?

Sizing Guide

Are the products for men or women?

The products sold on Flower Kickz are unisex
We invite you to always refer to your European size which does not change from one model to another. You have at your disposal a guide of the sizes on all our products which enables you to avoid any confusion and to find shoe with your foot.

What are the biggest and smallest sizes?

The sizes available on our site depend on each model. If a size appears grayed out, it means that we are not able to provide this size for this model. Either because it does not exist or because it has become unavailable for the moment.

How do I know my shoe size?

A size guide is available on each product. It tells you if you should take a size up or down by referring to your usual size. But, what is your usual size?

Refer to your European size at Nike (between 35 and 50).

Pro tips: Luxury brand shoes fit is usually big.

How does the Air Jordan fit ?

The Air Jordan fits normally. We recommend that you take your usual size.

How does the Air Force 1 fit ?

In general, the Nike Air Force 1 fits large. We advise you to take a half size below your usual size.

Example: if you wear 43 you should opt for 42.5.

How does the Dunk fit?

The Dunk fits normally. We recommend that you take your usual size.

Payment options

What are the payment options?

We offer many payment options in Greece and abroad:

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or debit card for foreign payments), Apple Pay and PayPal.
It is also possible to pay in 3 installments for an order of 100€ minimum. You just have to select the option Klarna - Payment in 3 times and thus spread the payment in a secure way. Your order is taken into account and processed within our usual timeframe of 7 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How does the installment payment method work with Klarna?

You place an order of more than 100 € and you wish to spread the payment? Just select the Klarna option on the payment page. Your order will be taken into account and processed within our usual time frame.

Klarna may request information and documentation such as proof of income or identification to ensure that you are able to make this payment.

How do I pay the rest of my Klarna's monthly payments?

You can pay the balance of your monthly payments at once by contacting our partner Klarna at customer@klarna.co.uk.
